McVaugh Group and Epitome Development have partnered to develop the 210-acre tract of land in Leander, a ±30 minute drive from Downtown Austin, into one-acre home sites to cater to the growing demand in the region.
These one-acre home sites come with water and electricity and are eligible for a septic on-site. The targeted completion between Fall 2022 and Summer 2023.
The North Austin real estate market has seen tremendous growth over the past several years, with thousands of residential lots and new homes being delivered to the Leander and Cedar Park submarkets. During feasibility, we have identified Leander as a submarket experiencing incredible demand for single-family residential lots from national and regional builders with limited availability of residentially zoned properties.
