They began Epitome with a simple vision: to create a secure, high-yield investment vehicle for their family and other Texas investors and community leaders. Dharma, as the Founder and President of Epitome Development, brings a rich heritage of entrepreneurship to his role, being a third-generation real estate developer. At the heart of Epitome lies his commitment to modern design, efficient workflows, and exceptional deliverables, principles he has meticulously embedded into the company’s fabric. His passion for forging meaningful connections and unearthing lucrative deals has been instrumental in providing his investors with attractive returns.

With a robust background in Finance, Consulting, and Project Management, Dharma’s multifaceted expertise is a cornerstone of his leadership. His approach blends these diverse skills, ensuring that every project under his guidance not only meets but exceeds expectations. Ashwini Rajah

VP / Lead Architect

Ashwini Rajah is a design-led real estate developer and architect known for a research-driven, disciplined approach to architecture and development. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from JNTU and a Master’s degree in Sustainable Design from New York University, and has designed and delivered multiple high-end luxury spec homes and townhome subdivisions across Austin and Houston, Texas. Her work balances strong design sensibility with constructability, market performance, and long-term value.

Pamela Madere

Legal Entitlement Attorney

Pamela is a leading partner in Jackson Walker’s Real Estate and Land Use practices. Her work involves representing property owners and developers, focusing on economic incentives, land use, and governmental affairs.

An acclaimed speaker and educator, Pamela’s expertise in land use and real estate law has earned her numerous accolades, including the prestigious Gary S. Farmer Commendation of Excellence Award.

Kyle Smith

Project Manager

Kyle is a seasoned leader with over 18 years of experience in heavy civil infrastructure, land entitlement, and luxury residential development. He has delivered 4,500+ lots across 20 communities with a national public homebuilder in the Austin region, bringing strong expertise in project execution, multi-agency coordination, and cost management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology and an MBA from Texas State University.

Mike Hughes

Director of Land Development

Mike is a residential development and construction leader with over 30 years of experience across the full homebuilding lifecycle, from land acquisition to construction, sales, and customer care. He is known for driving operational efficiency, strong execution, and results in both high-growth and complex markets. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business and is committed to building quality homes and well-planned communities.

Mohammed Nazimuddin

CFO

Mohammed is a financial executive with over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance, including 8+ years in real estate. He brings deep expertise in aligning financial strategy with business operations to support scalable growth. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Mohammed has strong capabilities in GAAP compliance, acquisitions, risk management, and business development, and serves as a trusted partner to cross-functional teams.
