She has designed several high-end luxury spec homes and townhome subdivisions in the cities of Austin and Houston TX. Pamela is a leading partner in Jackson Walker’s Real Estate and Land Use practices. Her work involves representing property owners and developers, focusing on economic incentives, land use, and governmental affairs. An acclaimed speaker and educator, Pamela’s expertise in land use and real estate law has earned her numerous accolades, including the prestigious Gary S. Farmer Commendation of Excellence Award. Steven Tinnin is a land executive with 30+ years of experience in acquisition, planning, and development. He has worked with firms like LJA Engineering, McGuyer, and Gehan, and led land activities for Ashton Woods Homes and K. Hovnanian. He holds a bachelor’s in Urban and Regional Planning from Texas State University and a Master’s in Real Estate from Texas A&M’s Mays Business School. Robert earned his BA from the University of Texas and has over 30 years of experience in land acquisitions and home development in Austin, Texas. He has worked at almost every major home builder in the area. Robert’s extensive management background and his long history of working on large and complex real estate projects bring value to the single-family home-building process. Kyle, rooted in Austin, Texas, brings nearly two decades of real estate prowess, notably in business development and client relations. His mastery of the Central Texas market positions him as a key advisor in its growth. Managing Business Development, Kyle’s strategic acumen and client-focused ethos drive successful partnerships and transactions. Over the past 15-years, Nate Wright has crafted over 20,000 ‘unapologetically human’ campaigns across nearly every industry vertical. His copywriting and strategy expertise has been featured by Bloomberg, Mailchimp, Mailshake and Pitch Anything.
