Epitome Development, a rising leader in Central Texas real estate, and KBI Group, a primary supplier to Samsung, signed a Memorandum of Understanding to formalize their partnership on future real estate deals in the U.S.
Epitome Development proudly announces its strategic partnership with a global conglomerate, KBI Group. The collaboration signifies a monumental step towards elevating Taylor, Texas, onto the global stage. The partnership follows Samsung’s commitment to build a 17 billion dollar semiconductor facility in the growing community northeast of Austin.
KBI Group, based in Korea, is one of Samsung’s major suppliers of textile materials. The conglomerate plans to use the Samsung site work, led by Epitome Development, as a launchpad for future projects across the United States, such as renewable energy plants.
